I've told you this before, but you wrote probably the most influential book in my life, which was the moral animal. And it was the thing that got me started on the trajectory of thinking about evolutionary psychology, of studying human nature more deeply.Why are you now writing about AI, given your heritage?Well, in some ways, it's an extension of evolutionary thinking in a couple of senses that I think are so underappreciated. AI is a product of evolution and is still evolving. But the other connection to the moral animal, I think, is, first of all, well, the moral animal was about the human mind and AI does a lot of things that traditionally only human minds have done.The other thing I've tried to do in the moral animal is highlight.Kind of what you might call moral biases, kind of selfserving moral biases, you know, the way we all think we're right and the other guys are wrong. And I think if we're going to get through the AI revolution good shape among the things we're gonna have to do is grapple with that with kind of what you might call the psychology of tribalism, a little more successfully then we have. And so I, I pay a certain amount of attention to that in this book as well. What's the central question that you're wrestling with here.Is it true that this technology, which obviously holds the potential to bring great wonders, is also in some respects, terrifying and could go badly awry if we don't approach it wisely.And I think the answer is yes. That's exactly why this debate's interesting, right that we have this sort of endlessly unresolved potential future. I don't know whether you've seen the graph that I think it's the FT put together. and it was 3 potential futures from an AI perspective, One results in everything getting blown up. One results in exponential growth, the kind of which we've never seen before. And the other results in a no .2% increase in GDP year on year. So it's like either.😊Very little changes or everything changes in one of two directions. Right, Well, I think it definitely has the potential to massively increase GDP. I also think it has a potential to so destabilize the world, if not do something worse to it. that that just doesn't materialize. And you know, in terms of doom scenarios, I'm agnostic about the scifi doom scenarios, but I take them more seriously now than I did before I went into this research project, you know, AI.Actually taking over and maybe deciding it has no use for us or something. I found much of I dismay that it was harder to dismiss those arguments than I thought. But the thing I'm more confident of is it' it's just going to be an earthquake. It's going to be destabilizing along a number of dimensions. And that's why we need to approach it with care.Would you, would you have classed yourself as a sort of AI hopeful going into writing this, What was your predisposition before you got started, I wouldn't say I'm a wildly optimistic person by nature. I tend to focus on potential downsides of things. But I, again, I had not bought the doom scenarios. You know, I had the domer in chief Eliazzzerowsi on my podcast 15 years ago. And at that point, as interesting, he was in mid transition. He was moving from singularity optimist to Doer.I was still saying things like, look, AI, you know, it's not a generic property of intelligence that it has a will to power. We have one because of our unique evolutionary history. I was still asking questions like that. Eliazza was saying they're good questions. but X, Y, Z, I wasn't really persuaded by anything he said, but I, now I, I am more respectful of the sci-fi doom argument. So but in answer to your question, I would have to admit that.Go, I go into situations looking for things to worry about. I do. that That's my nature. I think, I think society needs those people and it needs the other kinds of people, and we need to, to talk things over.Jerey Hinton fear AI and Jan Lacoon doesn't. He was an enthusiast. He said, I know we don't have much to show right now, but just wait until microprocessors get really cheap. and we have what he was calling massive parallelism. And he was he was right. I don't know why they call this confidential filing when it immediately comes out, but I guess the information is confidential. Polymarket says 65% chance Anthropics IPO will happen this year on light volume 360 k and two weeks ago, Gavin Baker, another best he said he thinks they're going to end 2026 with over 100 billion in revenue and very profitable he.A couple of us guessed on the program that he thinks it would trade at 3 trillion right now if it went public. helllo,大家好,欢迎收听美理想编辑部,我是思珍,我是林兰,我是乔木,我是布理。今天呢我们决定来聊的这个话题叫做不吃压力之人。因为我在网上冲浪的时候,看到这个词,第一眼我就觉得一定要聊他。因为这个东西听上去就有点像那种可可爱爱的什么吃豆人之类的。他又是一种不吃压力,这样一个比较。反常规思维的表达。而且那个帖子下面有一个表情包,就是我们现在经常用的我幸福的话,谁痛苦都可以。我感觉就是这一类的话题还挺有意思的。跟我们现在当下的一些情绪,也是息息相关。我可以先来定义一下这个不持压力之人是什么意思?这个也是来自于我的AI朋友啊,他说不是没有压力,而是压力来了,不往心里去。从消化不良。😊到消化良好是一种可以练习的能力。第一题就是想先来问问大家,如今的你是吃压力体质还是不吃压力体质呢?有变迁的过程也可以讲一下,我可以先来回答这个问题,我还分类讨论了一下,就是关于这个吃压力还是不吃压力。我发现自己好像是在事儿上不太吃压力,就具体的这个任务他是有多难,或者都有挑战性,我好像还行,而且有的时候会有一种兴奋感,但是一到具体的。情绪上,尤其是我比较在意的人,那我就会很吃这个压力。因为我就会反复的想,我是不是伤害到对方,或者是对方是不是因此怎样怎样的。就是如果有误会的话,我会非常倾向于去澄清他。现在情这一方面也有一些进步,但这就是等会儿可以讨论的问题。你们呢我挺吃压力的,我压力大的时候好像就会长痘,因为我平时可能长痘不算特别多,一旦开始有脸上有痘痘。话就说明多多少少最近经历的压力会比较大。我自己是觉得不吃压力之人这个话题最近在小红书上这么火,肯定还是因为大家普遍的还是比较吃压力。就像我们之前聊前额夜右脑卫生。这样就是因为大家很容易想东想西或者经济情况不好啊,就有很多生存压力什么的,很容易焦虑。所以我们就很希望可以找到一些比较具体的可执行的方式去让我们平时可以跟压力更好的。共处上周看了小块儿,在拖沓上面的那个段子,他就遇到了一个来询问怎么上开放麦的人。总结来说,就是那个人他段子讲的巨烂,但是他从来不会觉得自己烂,他就纯觉得别人场子太冷了,这届观众不行啊,或者是你这个俱乐部风水不好啊,是不吃压力之人。但是他完全不是压力吧。你也没有觉得他是一个多好的人,或者是你也不会特别想跟这个人交流或者交往什么的。嗯,所以可能。😊我们更多是希望看看怎么跟压力共处共存会比较合适。对我一直很认同一句话,就是我之所以能获得这份工作,并不是因为我有多优秀,而是因为我比较能忍任何工作吗?还是大部分就是工作了一些年限之后的人都会有这种感觉吧。我是觉得工作的本质是大部分时候是和你的同事一起消化压力。我挣的是这份消化压力的钱,所以我必须得吃压力不。然呢,我也觉得现在大家在研究不吃压力之人,如何成为不吃压力之人。意识到一件事儿是我在工作前几年没有意识到的,那个时候总会默认要遵守规则,默认要接受一切,不管你能不能吃掉的压力来了,你都选择把它吃掉。然后你就会变得像千里千生里面那个河神一样,对的一个称暴,就是他会对你造成很多不好的影响。但现在选择吃不吃压力,其实是。😊对于压力有一个反问,就是说这是我该承受的压力吗?如果不是的话,那为什么留到了我这里?其实你是可以发现你可以对这部分本应该不属于你的压力,点一个退货退款,把它返回到其他的地方。对我们聊过讨坏型人格。那现在我觉得不吃压力,肯定也是讨坏的一种延伸,都是因为吃过太多的苦,吃过太多的压力,现在才想要怎么去不吃它。我一直都是一个特别吃压力的。😡正是我非常清楚的认识到自己这一点。所以我在选择工作的时候,就非常明确的绕开了很多压力巨大的公司。比如说我在刚开始毕业找工作的时候,经历了一次互联网公司的局面已经让我这个吃压力的人默默的退场了。所以找工作就找这一些文化行业,一个穷穷的,但是压力又没有那么大的一个略安心的工作。你这让我想起,也是昨天在互联网冲了。在小红书的海上又刷到了一个帖子,说他不明白为什么那么多东西需要竞争,他要竞争的话,他就不想要抢。就是他很讨厌跟别人竞争,抢资源,抢名额,抢这抢那他就很讨厌这个就为什么不能均分。也不是说均分,就是他想表达的是那种一到这种需要大家开始赛马竞争个啥,他就觉得没有必要,也压力很大。我觉得好像经历过全面的人都会有这种感觉。一到群面的时候,所有人突然开启那种表演模丛理法则。对对对,就很像那个大表姐那个戏,突然忘了饥饿游戏里面就觉得很可怕。然后我就觉得不想经历这些东西,所以后面全部都自动退出了这一切。对,就很像是那种看起来笨笨的不知道为什么活到现在的一些动物,就是因为默默的退出了这个竞争激烈的圈子。我之前找布来聊的时候,他说那晚了,他是一个纯齿。是压力体质。我想说这个视角也挺好的,因为也正好可以把这些东西全部都扩展开来聊嘛。其实我们刚刚也涉及到了一些就是关于压力出现的时候,你身上会有什么症状,或者说征兆,就是你知道你自己开始怎样的就是压力来袭。我觉得这也可以分为身体上和心理上的。因为我今年年初的时候刚刚确诊了过敏性咳嗽,我的这种过敏吧,对于一些灰尘螨护满,还有一些花粉啊什么的。这些东西我都过敏,我觉得这是我鼻炎的一个延伸。因为我之前没有这种过敏性咳嗽的,我不会因为过敏,我嗓子也出现一些什么问题。但是我现在就发现,如果我确认我周边没有我的任何过敏源,而我还觉得嗓子很痒,开始咳嗽的话,那一定是我突然感受到了一些压力。但是这个东西吧,它有点难以证伪,就是你确实也不知道自己是不是完全周围没有过敏源,可是我就是现在我忽然开始咳嗽。😊可能是我的心理发紧,一发紧的话,它就直接转移到了我的嗓子,或者是我感受到压力,我的心理状态倾向于基本就会心头一堵,你就开始想说,那这个事情到底发生了什么。我要怎么样把这个堵堵的感觉给他排出去,就会寻求一些具体的方式,我身上也有非常明确的压力征兆,就是首先身体上他直接会反应为。在压力比较大的时候呃,我的抵抗力会下降,就会在我抵抗力最差。也就是说生理期附近生点病。嗯,还有可能是嘴唇起泡,有可能是感冒,有可能是其他的,在心理层面,基本就是压力很大的时候,我是不会有任何探索新东西的欲望的。就是那个时候我也不想看新的电视剧,我也不想看新的小说,甚至就是去吃一些新的东西去玩一些新的东西,我都感觉没有兴趣。我只想去回顾一些我已经。看过的我感到安全的东西,因为那个时候基本也会很忙,我就知道我也不会对它上瘾,我只是去重温一小段,然后我就可以把它甩掉去干我其他的事情。看那些老的东西,我特别理解。在我安全感缺失的时候,也是度过一些艰难时刻的时候,我每天晚上睡觉前,我都会非常虔诚的打开我的那个阅读软件。我就是会想一下自己现在什么状态,什么心情,我需要什么样的主角来抚慰我,我就会去选择那一本书。通常情况。大家都是我看过很多遍的,我就会随机跳到某一个部分,某一章就开始读它。而读的时候很安心,看着看着就困了就睡着。对,就甚至看多了之后,你都知道能搜什么关键词抵达那个地方。没错,哪怕是一些就是火葬场部分,看起来已经非常熟悉,没那么火葬了。可是你在看的时候还是能够给你相对应的那个情绪,一些抚慰。我一般会有一点比较长的反射弧,就是压力来的时候,好像先。是默默的把它吃下。可能有一个积累的过程之后,我感觉到我有想哭的感觉的时候,应该就是压力比较大,需要释放的时候,我先解决情绪问题,让我自己先哭哭出来,哭好之后再说其他的,有点像吃坏东西了。一开始不知道它是坏的,然后累积到一定程度,有反应了之后才去慢慢的去想,我是咋了?嗯,我也跟布里差不多,可能压力大的时候,有时候只是发生了一些事情。😊你可能在压抑自己的一些表达跟情绪吧,然后也可能是因为我太擅长压抑了,所以我的身体也会给出一些反应。比如说觉得有点头晕脑胀,这也就说明我当下处在那个环境,其实已经给我造成了很大的压力,我需要去换一个地方透透气,还有一个表现,就是会突然想抽根烟,虽然我现在不抽烟,其实平时是没啥想抽烟的这个想法。嗯,但比如说有时候开了一。非常非常漫长,但是没有什么明确结果的会,或者是跟某个人进行了一些没有特别有意义的谈话。但你又得去说,就是在一个空间,或者是在一个事儿里面困了很久之后,就会突然有一个瞬间想说很想下楼去抽根烟。但是我也没有烟可以抽越抽空气烟。但那个时候就大概是我的身体在告诉我,你现在已经外跑。对对你得出去一下。就我觉得那个。抽烟可能也只是出去这个空间的一个符号或者是一个想象吧,所以就是得出去一下,我的身体还是会告诉我一些该做的事儿。比如说有一些不开心啊,或者是压抑委屈什么的,我觉得基本上就是想哭吧。嗯,我不知道大家想哭的次数多不多。但基本上就是如果你的身体觉得你在压抑的话,他就会用一个哭的方式帮你释放出去。所以觉得这个也是一些奇妙。的地方吧。嗯,如果真的死鸭的话,我觉得真会变成结节,真的不行,就死鸭你那个身体绝对某一个细胞它会变异的。我觉得除了哭,不知道你们有没有有的时候在家的时候会无声尖叫,或者是小小尖叫,会大叫,不影响周围邻居的情况下,如果发生了一个很突然的让我很想叫一下的事情。嗯,但是在公司肯定是不会叫的,这样是没有道德的。因为我是跟朋友一起住。我们有的时候经常此起彼伏的叫声。大家都很平常的看待了疯狂动物城里的狼群有一只开始叫,然后其他都跟上压力。它很多时候就像我们刚刚讲的都离不开一些反复思考吧,或者说是反刍,就是把这个东西发生的这个事嚼过来嚼过去,他就会对自己产生越来越大的影响。我之前还挺容易反除的。我对其他人情绪很敏感。所以当一件事情发生,我觉得可能有什么东西想。然后解释,但是你又知道这个东西是不好解释的时候,我就会来回想,然后把这个事情翻过来翻过去,有点像是想那种什么新闻五要素一样,就是时间地点、人物事件原因,经过结果,就想来想去,通常情况下是这个事情,他外在的表现没有得到任何的解决,也没有任何的进展。但是我内心已经发生了很多次的天人交战。嗯可是这种事情你不说出去就没人知道,然后最后就完全是这个反出,把自己。😊憋到内伤,越来越伤心难过,也会容易想哭或者是什么的。我发现可能就是人都得经过这一遭才能变得没有那么容易反出。有点像是那种第一反应,就我首先判定这个问题是不是真的是我造成的,以及是不是我真的有过错。那么对方如果不开心了,那我就去解释。但是我如果判断对方他也不太会去听我的解释,或者是他现在他那个思维里面,那我就把这个东西拨开,就有点像是那种。在一个流水线上打包,但是我是负责分拨的那个就是这个东西往左还是往右,然后就给它这样子切开。一切开之后发现哎真的好了不少,而且就是这种东西是可以练旧的,就你的第一反应是可以练的,这样说有点抽象,但确实会有一些这样的效果。我感觉我的反除不是对其他人的情绪进行反除,是我经常会觉得自己表现的不够好。在已经一个过去,木以成舟的时刻。😊我觉得我自己表现的不太好,我就会反出,而且会在当天持续的一周内,甚至一个月后的某个时候开始反出。我也是现在正在努力的去解决这件事情。因为我会意识到很多时候我对自己说话算数,是因为我答应自己当天要做的事,我就会把它做完。但是我如果把当天的这种反除拖到明天甚至更久,其实对自己也蛮不负责的。当天答应自己的事情做。完了,但是当天遗留下来的事情,我却放任他拖很久,并且一直影响自己的状态。我觉得这样会对自己不够好。就有点像是当天有一包垃圾,明明应该当天扔掉。但是就是放在那忘了扔,也忘了分类,然后他就会发烂发臭,就像是我答应自己的事情,我做到了,但是我没有给自己提供一个很好的环境。这个问题我前两天刷到了一个小红书。这个博主叫做米兰小红酱,他提出的阵聋发聩。的技巧人家是讲的是大厂生存技巧啊,但是这个技巧我觉得很有用,叫做以文盲治文青。首先第一个文盲干活只交付结果,不自我感动。文清是爱较真,爱完美,爱自我内耗,但是文盲把工作当做差事,不是作品,上班是交易,不是修行,可以马上认错,但是坚决不改。第二点是文盲听话,只执行,命令,不过度解读。第三个是文盲心态,只搞钱,不共情,不信仰。他讲的内容。😊就是文青病的本质是想太多,嗯,应该用一种比较简单粗暴的方式去切断这种想太多的问题。因为你一旦开始思考我为什么想太多,就掉入了另外一个循环。这个过程也是想太多的一部分...(已截断)

🎼AI没酒谈。通勤录上就听AI每周谈,周一看懂AI变化,周四解读商业逻辑。我是你老朋友艾瑞。这其实一期加更的节目啊,主要是因为WASC2026,也就是世界人工智能大会马上就要在上海召开了。然后我们有很多听友啊,包括我自己身边的朋友也在问,哎,er瑞克,你这个是做AI这方面的,你这个WAS都有啥,你觉得我们应该怎么去逛这个大会呢?然后问这个问题的人比较多啊,我就说不如直接录期播客给大家来讲一下。如果你身边有朋友有类似问题的话,可以直接把我们的这期播客就直接转给他啊。如果你不在上海,不会线下来参会的话,也可以听听这期播客。嗯,其实这次WIC很多活动是会在线上直播的。首先这个大会的时间会在2026年的7月17号到20号,地点呢是在上海。那么WIC其实是全球最重要的人工智能大会之一了。呃,所以我还是非常建议有机会的话,大家可以线下来看一看呃,但是我不知道你听到这些节目的时候,还没有有没有票啊,呃,可以下载嘿WIC这个APP去看一下。线下如果来现场的朋友可以私聊我们的小助手啊,我们会有1个WIA的快闪群啊,我也非常想线下和优秀的人去聊一聊。😊如果你是线上看直播的话,不是线下来参会,也可以私聊我们的小助手啊,可以拉你进我们的天友群,好吧。那大家应该怎么去逛这个大会呢?因为每个人其实诉求都非常不一样啊。我给大家一个很简单的345结构啊,我们把它叫做三大片区,四类嘉宾和五种逛法。三大片区呢是这次的人工智能大会,是有世博张江和西岸三个片区。四类嘉宾指的是参加这次人工智能大会的演讲嘉宾啊,他们里面有大师啊,有科学家,有企业家,有这个规则制定者。五种逛法其实是我自己归类的啊,就是这个小白入门粉丝追星呃,基础设施、巨深智能和投资炒股。呃,先从三万片区开始聊吧。今年WYC不太一样的地方就在于它是有三个片区的呃,世博、张江和西岸。从这三个片区呢,其实就能基本理解这些WS的架构。世博其实是一个全览。那张江其实是AI的底座,西岸是应用。好,先说世博,世博呢包括了世博中心和世博展览馆啊,是这届WIC其实最像主会场的地方。主论坛在这里,大量的分论坛也在这里。然后呢,展览规模主要也是集中在这。如果你是第一次逛WASA呢,或者只有一天的时间的话,世博的优先级应该是最高的。世博这边可以看三件事情,第一个就是看大会的总叙事。今年大会的主题叫做智能伙伴共创未来。呃,这个话听的非常官方,对吧?呃,但是如果你仔细想他这句话的话,它其实背后对应的是一个趋势啊,什么趋势呢?就是AI其实已经从聊天框走向了生产办公科研等等。具体的这种生产环境,或者说争生产的这种场景。WIC其实以前会给人的感觉像是一个技术圈的聚会啊。但是现现在或者说今年它更像是一个呃产业的现场。他有这种模型算力数据和智能体,对吧?也有机器人等等等等。😊主论坛其实是比较值得看的。但是普通公众来讲,你可能第一天没有办法进到现场去看这个主论坛啊,我会建议大家看一看直播。他其实主论坛会把这一年的AI行业的重心摆出来。你可以听一听有哪些词是被反复提及的。然后呢,哪些方向被放在了中心,哪些风险被拿出来,就是大家来公开讨论这个事情。也可以看一看哪些企业和机构被安排在同一张议程表里。呃,这其实比单个的你去看这个演讲的标题更加重要了。第二就是看展商和展品。呃,这次应该是有呃这次的WIA应该是有1000多家公司来参展的吧。所以呃你大概率不可能把每家公司都看完啊,所以你需要先选一条自己比较感兴趣的线路。比如说你喜欢模型应用,还是喜欢看算利技础设施。呃,看机器人还是看企业软件,或者说你要做一些投资的观察。到了现场以后,其实每个展台不要只看宣传片啊,我们建议大家去问几个问题。比如说这个产品现在有没有客户,然后呢,客户是试点了,还是已经付费。那这个产品它依赖的核心资源是什么?是模型能力呢,还是数据资源,还是场景,还是工程交付。其实这三个问题,你一问你就能分出来很多产品,的到底是李逵还是李鬼?第三点就是看产业密度啊,世博片区的好处就是密度非常高啊,其实这也是上海这种城市的好处啊,就是你可以在同一天里把主论坛,把展览和行业论坛都串起来。比如你可以上午看大会的主论坛,然后摸清楚今年的关键词,到中午再看展区,看模型、终端和机器人。那下午呢再看一些公司,比如说阿里云啊、中心或者京东的论坛,晚上你再回头整理一下哪些是热闹,哪些是趋势。如果你只能去一个片区的话,世博是一个比较稳妥的选择。第二片区是张江,张江科学会堂,包括它附近的很多建筑,都是最近才建好的。大会的一部分放在张江呢,其实本身就有一些象征意义啊。因为张江其实不只是WIC期间才出现的一个会场。张江这个区域本身就是上海硬科技和创新产业密度最高的地区之一。呃,比如集成电路、生物医药、人工智能研发机构等等等等。其实很多都在张江。大家可以把张江简单的理解成,有一点像是上海版的小硅谷啊,虽然他可能不是完全像,但是有一些类似。张江这条线很适合看人工智能的底座。什么叫底座呢?就是那些不一定会做这个展台包装,或者不一定最会做营销的这部分公司啊,但是他可能会决定AI能不能继续往前走的一些东西。比如说芯片,比如说国产的算力系统,比如说开放计算网络架构、物理智能AFsence这一类的东西其实都是人工智能的底座。今年在张江相关的议程里,有这个RSC和物理智能的论坛啊,有这个大规模的国产算力驱动的AI加规模化落地的论坛,也有中科曙光的开放计算和产业生态的论坛。这些名字大家可能不是很熟悉啊,但是他们非常的关键。因为大模型行业有一个非常朴素的规律。这个我们在闭门会里也聊过,其实就是呃前台越热闹,后台就越吃紧,对吧?大家在前台看到的是智能体,是动胞态啊,是各种新应用。😊但是AI行业真正要解决的还需要有算力够不够的问题啊,网络的带宽够不够,推理的成本能不能降下来?其实张将就比较适合那些想看AI是怎么被生产出来的人。如果说世博像是一个总展厅,那张江就更像是后台的机房,实验室和工程的现场。看完之后呢,你可能会了解AI的瓶颈在哪里。还有一个点就是讲江很适合听这个硬科技公司怎么样去看市场啊,怎么理解这句话呢?啊,比如说消费互联网公司,但这个大家都很熟,对吧?比如说腾讯呀,比如说小红书这种,他们讲AI的话,常常会讲的是用户产品留存、流量和增长等等等等。那硬科技公司讲AI的话,其实会讲到功耗吞吐、良率和可靠性等等。那这两套语言其实都非常重要的。如果你只听前者的话,可能会低估了工程的难度,那只听后者的话,又比较容易错过用户的需求。所以WAIC的价值就在这里。他把这个两套语言都放在了同一个城市的同一天里面啊,你可以去兼听则明的去听这些事情。好,第三个片局是西安啊,西安这几年在上海的存在感其实越来越强了,尤其是徐汇滨江这一边。呃,我们公司其实就在这附近啊,那么这个地方其实是有很多的企业总部,也有科创的一些孵化器啊,也有像上海人工智能实验室这样的比较重要的机构。那西岸其实适合看应用的呃,什么样的应用呢?比如说巨神智能智能体,或者说一些呃国际合作和青年创新相关的应用。那官方论坛的信息里,其实西安有多模态的智能体驱动的科学计算研讨会啊,也有巨神智能的一些论坛啊,也有腾讯的应用创新论坛等等等等。他其实蛮有意思的,这个一边是AF scienceci,一边是巨神智能啊,一边是智能体,一边是国际的创新生态。其实西验这边它对应的是下一个阶段AI需要完成的几个应用问题。比如说模型能不能帮助科学家找规律,对吧?比如说它能不能进入物理世界。能不能从工具变成能够完成任务的系统啊,能不能跨地区跨机构跨产业组成一个合作的网络。所以西岸其实更像是下一步往哪走的信号区。好,这基本上是WAC的三个片区的简单介绍啊。嗯,另外我们因为公司在上海,所以也算半个东贸主。嗯,大家别光看WACC其实要通过WAIC去了解一下上海的产业格局。我们稍微和大家展开来聊一下。世博呢其实他承担的是展示和连接啊,这个片区其实它交通比较方便,而且场馆很成熟的。它的定位其实从一开始就是做一些世界级的展会。那很多大型的展会都是在世博这个片区做的。比如说上个月的AWS的中国峰会,也是在这个这个地区办的。那展会这个东西有一个什么好处呢?其实我们博客说过呃,人最宝贵的东西,其实就是时间嘛。顶级展会的好处其实就在于他可以把呃政府、国际组织、企业、科研机构呀、投资人和媒体等等最顶尖的这些人汇聚到同一个时空维度下面。那对于大佬来讲,它可以省掉很多时间,对吧?那对于普通人来讲,你花半天一天的时间就可以接触到一个产业链上所有的公司啊,对于我个人来讲,比如说一个展会门票三五百或者一个论坛三五千。有些朋友可能觉得贵啊,但是我个人认为这个还是算比较划算的一个投资。因为它可以在很短的时间内帮你了解一个产业和相关的机会。😊然后是张江啊,张江是上海研发和硬科技的底座。上海的很多科技事实,其实最后都会去绕回到张江。比如说芯片啊、生物医药啊、AI科学装置啊,科学装置,比如说比较有名的上海光源,对吧?其实都在张江,包括英伟达AMD啊,国内的木溪股份等等。这个在张江都是有办公室的。WAC把张江纳入核心片区,其实是想告诉大家,AI的产业不能只看应用层。那底层的技术和工程体系同样需要被大家看见啊,这也是契合了我们在闭门会里和大家说的东西。然后张江也是我们自己去重点会去看的一个方向。西岸承担的是融合和外溢啊,徐汇滨江这几年聚集了不少AI呀、内容设计、科技服务和创新的这种企业和机构。呃,西岸它不太像是一个传统的工业区啊啊,当然它原来是一个会运码头吧,好像应该呃如果没记错的话,它也不像一个单纯的办公区啊,不像那种传统的像那种写字楼的CBD一样啊,它其实更像是一个把技术城市空间啊,文化产业和国际交。要有可能放在一起的一个区域。呃,巨深智能青年创新这些议题放在西岸,其实我觉得还是非常非常合适的。啊,顺便说一句,因为我们公司自己在西安附近嘛,所以西岸对于城市的规划以及城市设计的理念,我觉得啊在全国或者全世界来讲应该是比较超前,或者说一个比较顶尖的水平啊。嗯,它其中有一个理念就是生态与交通融合的理念。嗯,这个我光说这个理念,大家可能不太不太理解这个理念是什么。但是如果你来上海参会的话,或者你来上海玩的话,你晚上天气好的时候到西安滨江走一走,你就能理解我在说的什么了。整个上海的AI它不是一个孤岛式的发展啊,它和集成电路、生物医药、汽车、高端装备、金融服务、文化、城市治理其实都是有关系的。AI在上海,它并不是一个单独挂出来的行业或者行业标签这种感觉啊,它其实会嵌入到很多原有的产业里面。这其实也是为什么上海这次半WIRC其实它看起来可能会比单纯的科技展更复杂一点。呃,因为你其实在同一届大会里可以看到一些AI native的一些呃公司和组织啊,比如说模型公司啊、云厂商啊、机器人公司呃,芯片企业、科研机构等等。那另一方面呢,也有很多的传统行业或者叫传统企业。比如说医院、金融机构啊,一些律所标准组织和国际机构。他们两种呃不同类型的企业或者组织之间,可能他们说的不是同一种语言,对吧?但是他们都是在围绕着同一个问题。这个问题就是AI到底怎么样变成生产力。然后呢,AI到底怎么样去进入行业,怎么被监管,又怎么去产生新的商业价值。所以大家在逛WAIA的时候,其实这这也是你了解上海的一次机会啊。从这个角度来看的话,WIA就不只是4天的大会了,它其实更像是上海AI产业的一次集中的展示。好,说完了三大片区,我们再来看一看四类嘉宾。我们节目一直在说质量、生活数量,对吧?这是我们的理念之一。那其实这种理念放在WIC这种大会上也是非常重要的。因为这个大会上,它的论坛多,展商多,嘉宾多,信息也多,对吧?呃,如果你看嘉宾的话,不要只看他的名气。嘉宾呢其实我们把它分成了四类主要的嘉宾啊,这个一点也不科学啊,它叫AI美洲团分类法,好吧呃,我们把它分成了四类,分别是呃大师、科学家、企业家。😊和规则制定者。呃,我觉得这个分法可能比谁更有名气,对大家的帮助更大一些。第一类就是大师呃,在WIC这届嘉宾名单里其实能看到一批很值得追的名字。比如说李开复、姚其志啊,姚其志大家可能不太熟,但是你也许会听过清华姚班啊,就是那个天才少年才能取得班级。这个姚就是姚旗志。😊还有理查德萨...(已截断)

🎼嗨大家好,欢迎收听web3101,我是刘峰。hello,大家好,我是jack。本期节目录制时间是2026年7月5日星期日的下午。今天我们邀请到了两位老朋友明道老师和郑迪迪总跟大家打个招呼好吗?哎,大家好,很高兴又回到为什么样人要来讨论稳定币。大家好大家好,非常高兴啊,又回归这一期来讨论scleOUSD的影响,谢谢。这期节目呢,我们请两位老朋友加入是想聊一聊在上周引起了很大的反响。🎼争议也非常大的一个事件,就是一个新的稳定币open USD在一个新的联盟open standard横空出世。这下开完全请跟大家简单介绍这两个新的事物。没问题。open standard是上周刚刚宣布的一个,它其实有点算一个稳定币联盟这样的一个运营实体。它推行的稳定币叫做open USD简写是OUSD。它和之前很多。稳定币最大的一个不同就在于他是想要把稳定币做成一个开放的结算基础设施这样的一个联盟项目。他的CEO是stripe之前收购的稳定币公司bridge的创始人zabrams这个稳定币为什么声势很大呢?是因为他刚刚宣布的时候,就是说自己已经有超过140家的公司参与进来。包括很多支付公司,然后像visamacard这样最大的卡组织,然后还有银行未莱德这样。资管机构当然crypto的这些最主流的交易所,尤其是像greenb,还有头部的供链,像索拉娜,全部都是openstand的合作伙伴。这个当然是让大家觉得最震撼的一个明星阵容,它的机制其实也是被大家讨论最多的,就是和USDC或者是t的 USDT不一样的。这个OUSD它是不要铸造费的。open standard是不会在大家铸造或者是赎回OUSD的时候赚钱。它打破了之前稳定。最主流的这个商业模式,也就是靠稳定币的储备收益去赚钱。open standard呢,它是说自己的收益是会共享给刚才宣布的这些所有参与到他这个联盟生态里边的合作伙伴的。当然具体怎么去计算大家的收入的分成,官方还没有做一个公告,但是呢最大的收入的这部分已经是被平摊给这个生态里边的所有参与者open standard只是去收一个少量管理费。另外呢,他也不是像circle这样的一家公司去。主要的管理,整个稳定B的生态,它是也是一个做了开放治理的叙事。openstand独立运营。但是它是有一个董事会的董事会去做投票治理OUSD的生态。但是现在呢董事会的名单具体是怎么投票啊,然后partners怎么去参与进来,这些都是没有公布的。但是最大的这两个点就足以吸引大家很多的讨论啊,就是首先就是他不需要铸造费。然后其次呢,它的储备收益是分摊给生态里边的所有参与者的。另外呢市场。讨论的一个比较大的话题,很显然就是它对现有的稳定币的主要参与者的冲击和影响。因为大家可能讨论比较多的是circle的股价。在OUSD就是openstand出来之后,当天就有一个非常大幅的两位数的一下跌。很多人在讨论circle受到openstand冲击到底是什么样的一个程度,是不是一种毁灭性的打击之后,还有没有什么反击的空间,或者说市场生存的空间啊,我觉得最主要的市场上面,大家都承认openstand。可能是一个会改变稳定币格局的新的存在。市场的一些焦点是什么呢?因为它的名单非常的长,有140多家,有韩国的一些小媒体就报道说,好像这个名单上面的一些参与方,像比如说三星啊,或者是其他的一些韩国的企业,好像有否认说是自己其实并没有和这个openstand有合作的这样的一个情况。但是我查的时候,具体没有找到更权威的媒体在这方面有更权威的报道。然后呢,就是关于他的治理了。因为大家可能会觉得这种。联盟式的公开的治理,在紧急情况下面会不会有很多的矛盾?比如说像vissa mastercard这种竞争对手,银行企业,他们在这个生态里边有各自的利益。然后联盟式的这种董事会治理会不会产生一些矛盾,或者是会不会有效率方面的一些问题。其次就是关于openstand背后到底是不是strpe在主导。然后以及他的合作伙伴像coinb和circle之间的竞争关系会是什么样子的,都是大家主要讨论的一个。问题这些话题我们也可以在今天的博客里面做更深入的讨论。谢谢jack哈给了一个非常全面的综述。基于刚才的一些陈述,我很想邀请明娜老师和狄总可以展开聊聊你们所思所想。当你们第一眼看到open standard的和open USD夸夸夸带着豪华阵容出来的时候,你们的第一反应是什么。然后你们觉得这个令人耳目一新的东西到底在哪里?你们是怎么看,可能会给是。特别是稳定币的整体格局带来的影响。明娜老实人先请您讲讲您的感触。其实我当时一看的时候,我就觉得哎,lib又回来了,这是我的这个非常直观的感觉。因为他的阵营里面你看那个lib那边也是facebookmaster visaal,另外就是spotify,还有ber这种就是consumer的应用场景类的。其实从整个参与成员的角度,我觉得非常的类似。但是open USD出来之后,我非常罕见看到那个。Circle的emy就那个创始人C写了一个非常长信。就说其实我觉得某种程度是在应对股东可能对这个事情本身的一个顾虑吧。其中我觉得里面提到一个可能大家如果是关注过Circle的发展你应该知道ciircle在最早的时候其实是搞了一个叫cent consortium的东西,类似于一个叫cent的一个联盟有cicle做发行方 base做分发。另外他所谓的成员呢,他是open给就说将来银行啊或者是每个地区的。比如说你每个地区的这些商业的也可以加入这个联盟里去。但最后这个东西关掉了。就后来是可能是在上市之前吧,因为没有人参与吧。我记得当应该没基本上只有个里盟核心的一个主股嘛。所以为什么叫USC也是这来的。对,所以他个联盟尝试是失败后来关了个治理。当这里觉得有明确的原跟得很区。我们前面讲到的libbra,但libbra的失败,我觉得最主要是他挑战了美元,而且在没有法律明犀的落地情况下,他搞了一个叫一揽子货币的对吧?他其实其实不是一个美元,是一个新的一个货币,所以那个是我觉得巨大障碍。但是libbra跟centralconsortium就最早的Crcle那个版本,其实我觉得最大的一个问题就是根本没有解释清楚这个利益在哪里。就说哎你们来玩,我们一起来组个局大,发个稳定币。但是到底这个利益怎么分,无论是circle的centralconsortium还是lib其实都没有过度。解释这个问题。但是我们看到open USD我觉得最独特的一点就是说把这个利益分配这个事情给大家讲出来。因为大家知道在稳定币的竞争过程中,我们从最早的USDT开始起来,如果你真的要跟USD去挑战的话,最好的一个方式去火币OK3家联合己搞一个稳定币都不挺好嘛。但是你发现其实所谓的这种联盟看起来是很容易。但是他们的生态很多竞争,实际上是不可能的。所以你看到火币OKB陆陆续续都搞自己的稳定币。但是最后基本都。都失败的。所以现在重新看这种联盟模式到底以什么样的方式能够去避免在这个生态位上有竞争关系。我觉得这是一个非常难的问题。这也是很多人对open USD这种所谓的联盟模式不看好,包括也都在挖掘是不是strtripe的主导这个那如果stripe主导的话,那其他的这银行支付方是不是愿意参与进来,这可能都是待定的问题。但是至少是我觉得open USD提了一个比较不错的这种利益分发的模式,就是你参与的合作伙伴你去。分享带来诸量的底层的收益。我觉得这个是至少在利益层面是一个相对比较好的一个方式啊,迪总呢分享一下你直观的反应。我觉得实际上没有太多意外的唯一意外的就是他那个阵容很庞大。因为我们早就知道他要推这个USDB嘛,虽然当时不叫OUSD总讲的USDB其实指的是tritripe旗下的bridge发的白牌的稳定币。对,其实是这他们在bri时期就搞的。其实也没太搞起来,而且从某种意义上来说,bridge并不算一家真正很成功的公司。当时收购的核心原因还是spe自己的下滑,提不出新的趋势。所以呢在主要股东同山美国seququire的撮合价。因为sequre是两家的股东,所以就合并了收购开始讲新的B to B稳定币结算层的故事。这其实就是后来OUSD的叙事啊,我认为其实这个代表了spe拥抱一个新的方向。而且在这次收购讲了新的趋势以后,它的估值迅速从7。回到了接近1600亿。现在很明显。而且6月3号其实彭博有一个报道,就有讲到,他有可能要跟vissa和macard搞一个联盟。当然我也没想到联盟的规模这么大,而且更早呢其实也有报道,当时我的以为可能就是跟少数的去合作。没想到是openstand这种模式。所以现在讲的故事就比那个时候要大的多。当然这个东西肯定跟mat在背后的推波助澜也有关系。因为mat也是web three行业的老人也是非常懂这里面的利益分配的。同盘看下来我觉得。利益分配是没问题了,他也非常清楚,里泊尔冲关的失败。我觉得明道老师讲的就一篮子货币啊,抑于美元这个事儿,固然它也是个重要原因。但是最重要原因还是小扎在国会商的人员确实不好,哪怕里泊尔一上来推出的就是一个毛低美元的稳定币。我觉得国会商也不会让他干。因为mettter太容易垄断了。而且他的性格也不讨喜,所以大家都讨厌他,就是不会让你干。对,那个时代应该也不允许,跟今天这个时代也不一样嘛,还没出来,法律上对。对,其实天才反而已经堵死了小超搞稳定币的可能性。因为它里面民主党有一条强调,如果big tech大型科技平台公司要搞稳定币的话,要受到高门槛的审查。其实我认为所谓的big tech其实瞄准的就是扎克伯格。这个背后其实也反映了华尔街这些银行,特别是博格纳通,他们对于facebook的一种忌惮。你看OUSD就很明显是兼容了小超这种想法。所以我原来觉得可能是一个相对封闭场景封闭状态下的一些伙伴联。我没想到现在搞了一个类似X402基金会这样的一个东西。但是现在问题就来了。最in搞X02基金会是不成功的。我们其实长期跟踪的人我们都知道是去年9月就提了X02基金会。而且最早的势就是X02基金会应该是去年9月成立的。但是呢在半年的BD失败之后呢,他们就意识到一个问题就是in和如果你要自己做盟主的话呢,那你的对手太多了而且你也不是支付巨头。都不会跟你玩。所以呢今年4月2号他们就说那我退位了,我把这个linux基金会拉出来当盟主。那linux基金会是开源基金会,他也不是个盈利组织,那对大家都没有威胁。那他当盟主就相当于18路诸侯推了一个很弱,没什么威胁,推了一个汉献帝出来当盟主,对吧?1八路诸侯当然就觉得是可以的。原来的创始成员就变成了普通成员。所以你看viscard和tri都进来了,这样的一个松散的基金会形式可能反而是比较有利于去推。广这样的一个开源支付协议的。当然最后到OUSD核心就看你的治理的机制。因为现在治理机制是不知道的,我们只知道你的分配原则大概是这样,但这个里面必然就涉及到最后的主导权之争。所以明娜老师讲的有一点我非常同意,就是说这个事他一定是tripe主导一定是tempble主导。所以本质上就stripe推za出来搞背后的军师其实是mat你stripe色彩这么浓的一个东西,你是不是能够把自己放到一个普通成员的地步。就学这个S222基金会一样,你创始成员只是挑了一个大旗来退位,当一个普通成员来推进这个开源协议的成长。我觉得这是OUSD的成败的一个关键,也就是治理。但是呢我们也要看到背景,首先tripe他一直上估值我也不好公开讲啊,因为很多也没公布。但anyway呢按PS来看是不便宜的。而且我觉得他以后的目标也是要IPO的。所以换句话说呢,他现在希望打开天花板,他当然有动力自己要去主导这样的一个标准。但是这个。就跟我们前面讲到的OUSD的成功的关键,也就是放开治理,让大家充分参与你自己降格成为一个普通成员,这个事情又是冲突的。如果spe足够聪明的话,可能应该去遵循一下X402基金会的道路,完全放开,把自己当成普通一份子。有一种可能性就是那你用两三年的来冲刺IPO的关键时间,你愿不愿意去做公益,推动这个东西发展。我不知道。但是如果你自己主导一开始表面上你说我打算做公益,让大家一起来参与。...(已截断)
