.There's something there.🎼 🎼 哎,我们今天很开心请到了invo的创始人孟琪啊,那梦琪其实前两年在圈内也是蛮有名的人了,也融了蛮多钱是吧?别让我害怕,你先简单介绍一下资金了。好,我是梦琪,我大概是去年开始创业,我创业之前呢,其实做过蛮多奇怪的事儿。我其实做了几年to B在所谓的sars比较火的时候,做的to B的解决方案的工作。然后最近的几年,其实。😊做了一些to C的事在ttok,然后后面甚至还做过一年HR。我自己的感觉是我因为很早的时候我就理解我可能要创业,所以一直都报了一种我能多学点多学点,学完了以后最好用的这个心态。嗯哦你是去年才出来的是吧?对,其实我创业就是再过一两周就一周年的时间了。OK所以还是AI世界的时间觉得过得很快,我都觉得你创业很久了。但你这一年你可能是在讽刺我没有没有真的真的真的,但你这一年其实就是。我玩了很多这几年软件AI创业者的流程,对吧?我总结一下,现在软件创业者就是尤其是去年和前年那一波字节背景,然后可能高P啊或怎么样的,然后组了一个很好团队,讲了一个当下AI比较流行的故事。比如你那个时候可能是agent的对吧?产品出来钱呢,可能就融好几门钱,然后就把钱融上来。然后就开始P对吧很多公司是这样的啊,或者说开可能出了一个小产品,这个小产品呢可能不。不温不火,也能赚点钱。然后在后面新的概念出来呢,可能随时的又去做一些新产品,不断的尝试,大概是这么一个过程。我觉得我说这个可能很多人会对号入座,但确实这个是一个很典型的一个流程。然后到今天我觉得是过去几年里面,软件行业的一个低点。但23年肯定是很低的。24年的下半年也很低。今天的第一跟内容还不太一样。因为我觉得23年的第一是整个行业的低,就谁都低。24。😊也有点类似。但24年其实巨深还是蛮热的。然后25年巨深就非常热了,AI硬件也起来了。而且25年巨深市场热到,大家觉得说是不是泡沫太大了,很多人就开始质疑巨神,但没想到今年巨神批去年还要在在今年的软件不如去年热。我觉得你一开始说这也就把我加在火上烤。因为这个大家都在火上。现在我们也在火上,因为很多人看我们博客,你知道我们是做软件为主嘛,对吧?都不是软件为主,基本上全是软件。巨深什么的都纯从播客来讲,我们聚深一起都没有放过。嗯,首先我觉得软件行业特别惨。其实你看二级市场的股价你能看出来就特别惨的一个市场。然后你刚刚说的那个我现在融一大笔钱,正好我今天穿了mus的上衣,我也不知道为什么,反正今天出门,我就捞了这件很舒适的T恤出门,我觉得去年从5月份及以后,融到大钱的软件的创始人都应该给ms科一个,因为是他让A的这个事是。在国内有人愿意去看,愿意去投。其实那一批做agent的公司。说实话很多都是to agentto agent请其实本质上没有区别,就你产品不一样,但你商业模式有什么区别?你最后还是舔那些老邓,然后让大家来买你的产品,他在流程上商业模式上没有太大的创新。那就是产品不一样嘛。然后你就能拿更多的钱拿特别高的估值,就真的说来翻来覆去,我觉得就是改谢,然后既然说到再说另外。😊一个点就是所有的软件,我其实大概在今年23月份的时候,我都有点扛不住了。因为我不知道做什么,因为做什么我都觉得好像你都回答不了你跟cloud code的区别是什么?你都回答不了可干你这个事,你该怎么办?你甚人都回答不了clo的生态内有一个这个生态里的人,他就莫名其妙想干你这个事儿,做个s想干你你回答不了这样的问题,因为就是没有一个站得住脚的,你一定有。独特的差异化独特的核心竞争力。你没有一个回答这个问题,完美的逻辑。就以我2月份的时候,3月份时候觉得我要死了,我就做软件的就是脑子进水了。我当时非要做软件。不对但你看你其实这里面一个核心的节点,就是ingAI的这个起来,但去年的同期,其实它还没有这么明显,对吧?大家其实还不会有这个质疑说是不是大家随便用什么ski都行。那个时候是不是刚MCP出来呀,我都不太记得,反正那个时候大家不会有像今天这么强质疑说模。😊就能干一切对吧?或者说就是几个人用一个ski,可能两周就能做一个之前可能半年做的产品出来。是我觉得coing变强这个事情是指数级的变强了,这种推背感是特别特别强烈的,甚至我年初的时候跟openI的同事聊,他跟我说,去年年底的时候,他们还不太用。到了今年明显是今年2月份的时候,他们说在openI内部他是做post training的post training80%的代码是A正写。嗯但他也在感慨,感觉他自己也并没有。变得更轻松了,因为要做的事变得更多了。所以这种就我也替我们这个行业的创业者,包括我自己晚了尊,确实没有人能预料到模型的发展,发展到如此之强大,以至于你所有的软件的逻辑。好像一周以内确实能搓出一个跟别人差不多的东西。但是啊我还是想再讲一个相反的逻辑。这是一个逻辑上推定起来,特别顺理成章了。甚至你今天新出来的创业者被投资人质疑的问题,都是我谁谁用什么多长时间就能把你这些事干了谁谁谁就很简单。但。😊你真的仔细去回想,在这一年里面,所有做过PR的软件的公司,这里面这个产品能用的用起来不挂的,顺畅的在你电脑上能玩起来不到10%。嗯,所以为什么今天正好穿minus的这个事情说了这么久,包括minus刚出来的时候,大家说哎这以前发过两年前我就说过一年前我就说过这很难吗?这很简单呀?不就是给他一个沙箱。但到今天为止,minus出来一年多了,谁能做到像minus这样。工程质量上在稳定性上能做的比较好的。其实你看就ma,我觉得这个市场还挺有品牌效应的,可能我都不会试第三个了。对你这个正好讲的是第二个问题,我们刚才讨论一些就是模型本身变强造成的影响。但其实背后我觉得当下的软件颓势,其实就是两个点,一个是模型太强了,对吧?大家都觉得软件不行了,但我觉得这个就是个过程。嗯,怎么讲呢?就我对这个事是乐观的。我觉得没有什么时候是一家公司可以知道。这么大市场的,这得里面一定是有机会的。但另外一个问题我确实也挺难解释的。我觉得正好你做的这一年也可以讲一讲,就你该提的问题。如果AI这么强,如果AI coding这么强,产品这么好做,为什么过去比如说一年过去三年真正出来的,大家认可的产品仍然是非常非常少。我自己有一个理论吧,我觉得大部分的产品是没有体验而言的?就是哪怕你是个rapper都没有体验而言,这是我用了大部分的产品的感受。对,就是你刚才讲的什么稳定性啊,什么知识类各种问题嘛,对吧?对,甚至我这个行业其实我自己用下来的感受是诈骗公司特别多。然后他所讲的,他能帮你去抵ele本的价值和你自己用下来那个价值可能就不匹配的。所以这个行业里面有些产品火了,非常应该。因为这个产品人家能底本他说的那个价值,不是因为他做的多么多么多么有一个多么独一无二的idea,甚至我有一个比较悲观的。我过年信息化写了一篇文章,复盘我们过去半年的创业。我觉得未来就是全品牌,就所有的赛道。😊都是名牌,没有一个是你能想到我想不到的idea,根本就不可能存在这样的事儿。那就是在名牌的赛道里面,每一个赛道里面可能会有一家真的在乎体验,真的会做产品的公司出来。这个是我乐观的部分,就每个赛道都有机会。但我悲观的部分就是哇真的好难去。去有一个特别明显的特别特别大的这个的差异化。,但我觉得事实上不是这样的呀,事实上就是大言能用的产品很少。就如果是你说的这个前提的话,应该是现在市面上一堆产品,大家都在用,对吧?那那我们可以说很难差异化。那现在事实上就是比如说我觉得可以以你自己公司为例,对吧?你们也做了一年左右的时间,而且你们之前是也转型过好几次,对吧?我觉得这个也很正常,现在公司基本上没有不转型的但这个过程中到底。发生了什么?就你们一开始定的方向,为什么最后没有发出来,或者为什么要转型?然后你们中间应该有些小的产品是发过的对吧?那发过的,他为什么没有做起来之类的,我们在成立之前其实是做了一个决策,就你是做general agent还是做垂直agent。我们当时在成立之前就决定要做ver agent原因很简单,就觉得general好拥挤啊,那会儿已经有第18个us出现了,我们不想再加入这个混战,我们当时有几个角色做的特别坚定,觉得我太英明神武了,我逻辑上太自洽。我太聪明了,这个逻辑怎么说怎么对,但后面发现那些所谓的特别对的角色都是错的。第一个错的角色就是我们决定做了 verticalical。😊决定做这个ver以后呢,就想着那你得做哪个ver嘛。我当时特别想做surcing agent大白话就找人 agent,你是一个品牌,你想给你自己找达人,我们当时在想你找明白达人了,你就能找明白候选人,你也能找明白专家,甚至能找明白你的客户在哪。所以我们会认为scing是一层比较能泛化的有场景迁移程度的一个场景。那我们在这里面我们先选一个,我们先开始做。所以当时我我打断一下啊,就是我听到这,我有个很深的感触,就是你刚才说差异化的那个事情。我觉得现在没有差异化的不是产品,是叙事。就是你刚才在讲这个,包括很多人现在如果跟我过来讲说他要做个什么事情,我都会觉得这个事我已经听了好几年了。是,然后最后没有人做出来,对吧?实现在很蛮大街的事对很多人在做在讲,然后过去几年一直有人在讲,但问题就是没有人能做出来好的结果不好意思然后这也是个错误决定后面会想为什么这个事情是绝对不成立的我们当时选达人营销我们说好那我们选一个嘛,先把达人找明白,我们就开始做。然后。做了两个月,我们也上线了,得到了一些反馈,用户有一些这个沟通。然后我们当时又做了一个分差,因为两类人会给你反馈,一类是创始人嘛,就我现在需要我产品做增长,那会找你给你提我的需求,用你的产品。第二类呢是公司负责达人这个事情的人,负责营销的这个人。第二类,我们管叫专业用户。第一类呢,我们就管他叫非专业用户。因为创始人他不可能是全职做达人的那我们当时有一个分叉,说两边都给你提需求,你听谁的,他们俩提需还真的完全不一样。创始人说你别跟。跟我说中间你这个产品需要我点什么,按什么,我什么也没要按,你给我结果专业用户说不行啊,你这中间你可审级,中间这一步需要我确认一下,你才能进行怎么怎么样。这些指标我要自己去定义,我要自己去筛选。两类人给你的需求完全不一样。那当时我觉得也是市场上非常非常火的一个概念,叫做你要想办法去蒸馏一些所谓的专家的经验和知识蒸出来之后呢,我们这个产品以后就能服务非专业的人。其实本质上是把一些高认知的能力浓缩成一个产品,把这个产品。😊卖给非高认知。好,又过了一两个月,我们继续做这个产品。然后突然有一天发现这玩意长的就是sars。我甚至对比了一下,它就是我们这个行业里面8年前开始创业ss公司的产品的长相。那我那刻就觉得完蛋了。你说你要创业,结果你创了半天呢,你自己是没有高质量数据的。你要用人家的API人家洗过这些数,然后做了一个跟人家差不多的界面就纯属脑子有病。那等于就是把人家ss走过路,我就走了一遍,然后我们就想这个问题到底出在哪儿?我们也是一个很听用户。反馈的呀,我们也是这个对需求理解的还挺深的人,团队也非常的给力。为什么会出现这样的情况?我觉得第一个点是,如果我们当时就选定了服务专业用户,你就是在给专业用户做一个工具,我们说一个更直白的例子,你再给一个专业的剪辑师,你问他你需要一个什么样的A帧,他会给你一直提需求。直到你找得跟阿朵比差不多,然后他才会收手,说好,我不提了啊,这产品已经满足我需求了。因为他的过程的把控非常的严谨。😊这是第一个,我觉得它必然走向ss,这没办法。甚至我当时觉得我们这个产品还不如原来那ss产品加个AI的当时的那些sars竞品都是ss产品,右边加一个弹出来的一个bar,然后在这把里面去问一些AI的问题。嗯,这是第一个原因。第二个原因就是我觉得我们当时做那个事就不成立,不成立的这个点也挺清晰的。你今天想用AI来解决surcing的问题,但其实你认真去看这个行业的用户的需求的话,其实scing占到他们工作的可能30%,等于是你在巨大的一个价值链条上,你选了一个对于AI来说的low行业。那后面的来回来去的聊这个过程最浪费时间的。最浪费人力的这个事情其实是被ip掉了。然...(已截断)

I'll use the word phase of a man of 0.And then, after.A month, a year, a decade, whatever they may come back to being the superior man. to me, what a superior man is, is a man who is motivated by a.Deep sense of purpose. And that sense of purpose might be to discover their purpose, but they're motivated by a sense of purpose.Often to serve the world or to, to give their gift or to to make things right and.When that evaporates or when they no longer feel that, That's the beginning of the phase of the man of 0. Now, it may last.A very short time may last long time. The men of zero phase. So they may eventually go back to, oh, a new purpose. For instance, For myself, this book emerged out of nowhere as a kind of, oh, I should write this book. I need to write this book. So it just came out of nowhere. And then, you know, the discipline of writing a book of, working with publishers and all of that. that takes effort. So that came up. You know, like there're, some sometimes people do something for money, but it's really a work of art. It's really a beautiful thing that they're creating. Some people have a sense of lack of self worth. So it's not necessarily a negative thing that people are motivated. It's just at some point, I wanted to account for what happens when those motivations are no longer sufficient to move you. Now I can understand what happens inside an AI chip. How does a chip actually work for disclosure. By the way, I am an angel investor in Madex. So hopefully, you have designed a good chip.So I'll start with sort of the very smallest fundamental unit of, of chip design. then we'll sort of build up into what an overall like actual production chip. What are the components of that., at the very bottom level of a chip. The primitives that we work with are logic gates, which are very simple things like and or not. And then these are connected together by by wires that have to be laid out physically as metal traces on a chip.😊The main function that that AI chips want to compute is multiplication of matrices. And really inside that is the fundamental primitive is multiply accumulative, just like of pair of numbers.So we're going to sort of demonstrate what that calculation looks like by hand.And then sort of infer what what a circuit would look like for that.It'll turn out to be sort of easiest if I do multiplication accumulated something like a4 bit number with another four bit number.And then we're going to, the actual clearest primitive is actually multiply accumulates. So as's a multiply.These two terms. And then we're going to add in.So product of these two terms.And then we're going to add in an eight pitch number.And can ask a clarifying question, Why is this the.Natural primitive for.You know, whatever computation happens inside that computer. Yeah, so there's a few reasons for this. it's a little bit more efficient. But the the reason it's natural for AI chips is that if you look what's happening during a matrix multiply the what is matrix multiply in very short, it is.There's a fall loop over I.And over J,.And over.Of.Output.I k.Plusas, equals to input.IH A times.Other inputs, JK.And so multiply accumulate happens at every single step of matrix multiply. And then the other observation is that the precision will almost always be higher in the accumulation step than in the multiplication step. This is maybe specific to AI chips. But you're multilying low precision numbers. But then when you accumulate errors accumulate quickly. And so you need more precision here. So this is why we've chosen to do a four bit multiplication in an8 bit addition. Let me make sure understood that there's two ways to understand that one is that.Value will be larger than the inputs. And the other is that.If it was a floating point number, it would be maybe that that part is like less intuitive to me, but it's maybe the same principle. It is really the same principle. I guess the sort, I mean, I guess the separate principle is that.As you are summing up this number, you are summing up a whole bunch of numbers. And so you've got a lot of rounding errors accumulating. Where in this case, theres like there's, there's only one multiplication in that chain. And so there's not a lot of rounding errors accumulating in the multiplication. Why is something of a whole bunch of numbers is just two numbers. Just, I mean, this summation happens. It's repeated I. So yeah, any errors accumulate, I see, So how would we perform this calculation by hand. I mean, as a human, we would probably separated into two. But we can sort of do it all in one.using long multiplication.So the multi term first, we're going to multiply this number that this four bit number here by every single bit position in the other four bit number.So we write that out. first,1,0,0,1, multiplied by this pit position.嗯.That is this number itself.Then shift across by one. note了。好,那我们来读这本书,我们会分为两个部分。第一个部分呢带大家彻底的认识一下压力。理清关于压力的诸多迷思。第二个部分呢会提供5次大脑重置的方法,一共15个非常实操的压力管理。小技巧大多数都能够马上用起来,并且快速起效的。好,那在认识压力之前,我们先来听听作者的故事。作者艾迪提内卢卡是哈佛大学的医学博士,美国知名的压力管理专家。他和压力结下不解之缘呢,是在写本书的20年前,那个时候他还是非常年轻的实习医生,有一天,他在日常查房的时候,走到重症监护室的门口的时候,他突然就觉得很不对,全身发抖,汗如雨下。心中似乎好像有1万匹受精的野马奔过,喘不过气来。这个时候护士就注意到了他的异常,赶紧扶他坐下,给他拿来了橙汁,喝完了橙汁坐了一会儿,呢他就好了。所以他跟护士就对子一笑之志,觉得说哦,那肯定是太忙了嘛?你这样实习医生,对吧?就是每天奔来奔去,忘记吃饭了,低血糖很正常啊,就把这件事情抛猪脑后。但是呢那天晚上回家的时候,他心悸发作了,心中又有1万匹野马奔过。而且足足持续半个小时,怎么也停不下来。接下来的好几周都是如此。白天好好的哈,只要他躺下来睡觉,他就会心急,就野马又从他的心中奔过。那他就吓一跳呀,赶紧跑去检查身体,对吧?各种检查都做了验血呀、甲状腺呀、血压、心率啊、心电图啊、心脏超声啊等等等等,全部正常但是他的医生就跟他说,说,是不是因为你最近压力太大了呀。大家都是同行嘛,就很了解他的情况,说实习是很忙碌的,我也曾经是实习医生,我懂的这个都不是诊断了,只不过是作为同行对他的一个友好的提醒,对吧?就是安慰他说没关系,现在身体是没问题,你要不然看看压力呢。那确实作为实习医生,作者在年轻的时候是每周至少工作80个小时的,而且确实生活是很不健康的。但他说他除了在病房之间奔走,从来不运动,吃饭呢都是趁有几分钟时间就赶紧去食堂搞点简单的东西。比如说冷的三明治,喝一大杯的咖啡,而且是在餐厅站着吃,一边吃,一边要在手机上看,在病历上做笔记,睡眠也很不健康啊,睡得很少,而且还要值班。但是正是因为他。他从来都是这样过来的啊,弟弟就很难接受,说我怎么可能会有压力呢?我之前两年实习医生也是这么忙,但不是好好的吗?而且作为学医的人对吧?从小接受的是精英教育。我追求的本来就是一份极其忙碌挑战身体的这种高压的工作。在医生这个领域能扛高压,几乎就是一个精英医生,几乎就是你的前途的一个入场券。翘文专这如果你连抗压能力都不行的话,你怎么可能追求。医生这种职业呢,他就觉得我多有韧性啊,我怎么可能我一定能够扛过来,这就是他称为毒性复原力的一个社会文化。觉得自己身上感受到的压力,压力很大,这是一种能力不足,毅力不足的插劲的表现。顺便一说by wayID题是在印度出身的这是个印度姑娘,那大家都懂的哈。咱们东亚教育下长大的小孩多多少少对于这种打压教育,对于这种就是你一定要硬撑,对吧?你一定要撑住我们。就是这点压力算什么?对于那种教育一定是非常熟悉的吧,就他是后来才移民去的美国哈,但是没有办法,就算你心中再怎么抗拒,因为这个心机的问题不解决嘛,所以死马当活马医就是我就当他是一种压力问题,咱也得试试。所以呢作者就去开始尝试各种舒缓压力的方法,比如说休息日去看电影啊,增加跟朋友家人的聚会啊,逛街呀,甚至去做spa,但是毫无用处,就是每天晚上睡觉的时候还。还是会心悸,野马还是会在心中呼啸而过。直到有一天,机缘巧合的,他下班的时候会路过一个瑜伽工作室,突然之间心血来潮,说,嗯,要不然试试瑜伽呢,然后那就走了进去,上了人生的第一堂瑜伽课。在这堂课上,他学习到了一些呼吸技巧。那天晚上就是他这一段时间以来睡得最香甜的一次,那心悸还是会发作,但是不那么频繁了,而且持续的时间也。不那么长了,于是就持续的把这个呼吸训练的技巧融入到他的日常生活中。后面我们会介绍这个呼吸技巧的哈,逐渐的呢他就开始去调整自己的生活习惯,让自己变得更加的健康。比如说下班的时候就改成走路,白天呢减少咖啡因的摄入,改善睡眠啊,他之前做了很多放松的尝试,对吧?跟朋友聊天,去逛街,做spa,看电影等等,理论上来说,都应该是能按照放松的方式,但是都。没有用,是因为他根本就没有对自己的这个不健康的生活做出任何的调整,对吧?而且你做这些放松的双引号任务都是额外的压力。当他对自己的生活进行调整的时候,接下来的三个月中,心际居然一点点的消失了。有一天这群野马走了,再也就没有回来过。你看他自己是经历了三个阶段的嘛,首先第一个阶段就是难以置信,自己会双引号被压力打倒。哎,认为有压力就是我自己抗。压能力的问题是我不对,就开始陷入自责,自我怀疑。第二个阶段是那你自责也没有用,自我怀疑也没有用,反正压力已经给你这么大的反应了,对吧?你总得去解决。所以第二个阶段呢,他非常无奈的就开始去尝试各种所谓的解压方法,但是还是没用,一直到了第三个阶段,机缘巧合,他开始调整呼吸,调整自己的健康,调整自己的作息,调整自己生活习惯。这个时候他最终发现哎起作用了。原来这才是。对抗压力的波尔法门,你看作者可不是普通人哦,他是一位每天跟各种疾病、各种身体症状打交道的人,他理应是最懂人体生理机制的人。但是当他自己的身体,因为压力发出求救信号的时候,他的第一反应居然是忽视哦低血糖了。就他对于压力如此忽视,如此缺乏认知,走了这么多的弯路,最后才成功的解决了压力,连一个医生都如此。😊你更何况是其他人了,所以作者就对压力管理这件事情产生了浓厚的兴趣,他就进入了这个领域,进行了深入的研究,逐渐就是这么多年发展成了这个领域的专家。那他在研究的过程中就发现其实压力真的太普遍了,远比我们想象的普遍的很多,他发现就病患这一群人中就有60%到80%都有压力的问题。要么他的症状本身就是压力引起的,就好像他当初的心。经济就是压力引起的一样,要么就是压力恶化了这个症状,就已经有很多的研究发现,压力会加重几乎每一种疾病,从普通感冒到更严重的疾病。比如说糖尿病跟心脏病。当然还有你看焦虑、抑郁、失眠、慢性疼痛、肠胃问题、关节炎、偏头痛、哮喘、过敏等等等等,几乎每一种疾病都会因为压力而恶化。早在2。2001年,世界卫生组织就已经预测过说,每4个人中就会有一个人在其一生的某个阶段罹患压力相关的疾病。比如说焦虑抑郁跟失眠都是非常非常常见的,跟压力相关的疾病,可是只有3%的医生会给出压力管理方面的建议。你看他之前的医生给他的建议,其实也不是建议了。给他的提醒,也是因为是同行嘛,就是感同身受,提醒他实习医生很忙,也不是。😊作为一个医生,给出了压力管理方面的医疗建议,医疗诊断,对吧?这些年来,由于压力问题越来越严重,那医疗界已经开始认识到压力跟倦怠是现代社会最严重的两个问题就是之二那2019年的5月,其实世卫组织。就是WHO就已经正式宣布将职业倦怠burnout纳入国际疾病分类的第11版,也就是成为一种临床综合诊了。对职。卷大的定义是长期未被成功管理的工作压力所导致的一种综合症。它有三个维度,大家自己可以对比一下啊,第一是精力浩劫,这是非常的疲惫。今天好像也没有做什么,特别让我很累的事情,但是上班这件事情就是让自己觉得特别特别的疲惫。就算不是上班,比如说学习也会出现职业倦怠啊,比如说在生活中你其实也会出现职业倦怠,很多人觉得哇这么疲惫,就提不起劲儿来,是不是抑郁了呀啊,有可。能确实是抑郁了。但是其实它是一个压力,长期没有被管理的一个不是 That's an open source training tool helps AI models improve themselves by running five minute experiments. That got over 82000 stars in Github. He did that like as a weekend.😊And all these civilians started building their own recursive LLMs, really inspiring.And the entre Carpathy skills is a tool based on his set of principles for Cla code. And somebody just released that. And so that's just pretty crazy when you think about it. He's going to be in charge of a new pre training team at enthropic. The focus, obviously, being recursive self improvement, in other words.They're going to have Claude improve itself and they've already talked a little bit about AI improving AI over at Anthropagema what's your take on this is this super important in 2026, obviously Carpathhi is super well respected he's obviously you know one of the true talents in the space, but hey're we're in a different inning than we were say 10 years ago when he was at Tesla or five years ago when he cofounded open AI you know what's interesting if you go back to like Google the culture of Google,Which they got right was the singular technical talents there.They were singled out, and they were called Google Fs. I don't know if you guys remember this. Like come'm it single.Shriar Rammaswami, Jeff Dean.These guys are stars. And what's interesting is if you track what folks, particularly Jeff Dean, I guess now, because the other two aren't there anymore, but.What they did inside of Google, It's like wave upon wave. They were at the foot of those waves. Well, it's interesting about Andres. He's been at the wave upon wave of A. He was probably the first person that really commercialized the Richard Sutton bitter lesson essay.When he was leading FSD at Tesla, which was really about the brute For computation. And I remember him telling me this story. I don't know if he said this publicly or not, but where he spent a portion of his time, I want to say a quarter of his time labeling data. Could you imagine like 201617, like hand labeling video data from Tesla's.So he did that. then heve co foundunder of open AI. He's a star, and he's an exceptional human being. And he's super curious and.Then what he's done as a kind of a free agent is also quite impressive. So I think that this is a really important deal. I think he's one of these really curious people that can be sent off, and they'll just go and.Invent new things. And I think this idea of recursive self learning puts these models on.A combination of overdrive and autopilot. And so if you put those two things together, I think that you start to.You can potentially live out this idea that there is an order of magnitude improvement on a yearly basis. So like this new form of Moore's law.So that the model quality just goes absolutely parabolically just like this straight up. I think a bunch of compute at the problem and these things learn really quick.I think is the high order bit there, Gavin, what are you, What's your take on Anthropics recent success and their massive hiring binge. The success is extraordinary. It's undeniable.
