I've heard you say that avoidant culture is changing relationship expectations.Yes, how so. Well, there's a couple of different reasons. I mean, I think avoidance culture is making people have to minimize themselves because we're interconnected human beings. We need to be connected to other beings, right, It regulates our nervous system. It makes us feel good. It stabilizes us. And so nowadays with everything being expedited. We live in an era of immediacy and everything is geared towards reinforcing avoidance versus intimacy.Everything is about.Instant gratification, getting results right away. And so people, especially emotionally available people, which is who I largely work with as far as my clients tell, they're noticing that they're lowering their standards in order to keep a relationship. And so the only way that now people see an opportunity for a relationship or maintaining a relationship is by changing their standards otherwise they feel like there's no hope left because especially in dating apps, everything is about convenience and speed.About disposability. And nobody really wants to take the time to have gradual development. Is that avoidant culture, Yes, Is that how you would define avoidant culture, Yes, so avoidant culture is really just avoiding anything that's inconveniecing or anything that causes discomfort, meaning anything that takes too much time, anything that requires too much effort, anything that requires consistency or follow through that would basically fall into avoidant culture. And nowadays, especially on most of the day.they're designed for that. They're designed for rewarding avoidance because it's all about novelty. It's about dopamine. It's about new matches every single day. And nobody really spends the time to emotionally invest in one particular relationship anymore. How does being with someone avoidant psychologically transform you.Well, there's several different ways, it's terrible for the nervous system first, because an avoidant person, although, for example, an emotionally unavailable person who largely is avoidant, they don't just present themselves as emotionally unavailable, they usually present themselves with intensity with love bombing and so you get pulled into that dynamic pretty quickly, even if you're an emotionally available person and so now you're getting attached to an emotionally unavailable person.But once you start requiring effort and consistency and substance of the relationship, a lot of these people tend to reveal their true selves, which is a lack of capacity. They cannot sustain relationship responsibilities and so your nervous system has this, you know it starts to get attached and then it slowly starts to have to withdraw which is kind of like this dopamine spike of excitement, but then there's a crash because this emotionally unavailable person pulls away.Come more and more avoidant. And what tends to happen is you're now dealing with microgrief. You're now wondering what happened. And your nervous system now is spiking in cortisol, which is your stress hormones. And so a lot of the times, this changes people because they are experiencing fatigue, mood disorders, sleep disturbances, appetite disorders, so.I think that avoidance in general, an emotional unavailability is changing people's nervous system, and it is much more harmful than we think it actually is. in that way, does modern dating punish emotionally available people. Yes, yes, and it doesn't. It's not that modern dating apps are designed to punish emotionally available people, It's that it is reinforcing emotional unavailability, So the people who are emotionally unavailable have a much better time on dating apps than the emotionally available.PeopleW, because emotional unavailable people are looking for dopamine. They're looking for comfort. They do not want to put in a lot of effort in a relationship. they do not have the capacity to put a lot of effort into it, whereas emotionally available people are looking for consistency and follow through and to focus on one person at a time and dating apps and swipe culture is all about the dopamine of more and more and more. And the more options we have, the less invested we are in those options. Why.Momotionally available people, particularly vulnerable. What is it about them that makes them.On the receiving end of this, because emotionally available people are looking for death. And there is very little of that in modern dating. Our modern day in general, everybody is looking for quick results and nobody's really looking to invest in things that causes discomfort or inconvenience. So emotionally available people. They want something of substance. They want a relationship that will go the whole way. They want the slow burn. They want gradual development. chat，我是jael，我是薇雅。然后们与自己与15更好的相处，今天是515期。然后我们之所以这期迟到了一会儿，因为张薇雅女士呢要从英国赶回来。然后我们本来原定的录制时间，她在飞机上，所以让我们现在先恭喜一下张薇雅女士PB了，谢谢。我先给大家说，我真的这次我要由衷的给自己鼓掌，我真的觉得我我还挺不容易的。哎，张薇雅，你是我见过佩德感最。😊要的人，你每一次都要给自己鼓掌，那可不呗，鼓掌又不要钱，不谦虚一下嘛？先说哎呦没有没有没有跑的不好，我从来没谦虚过，并且你知道呢在赛前不是大家都不太敢问别人想跑什么目标吗？就是你在赛前你特别怕别人不好回答你这个话会呀，所以你有的时候都不太好问说哎，你这次是想跑成绩嘛？或者你什么目标，你在开口之前。😡你就想说别人会不会不方便说，因为我自己不希望别人问我啊。对对对对对，所以我就会觉得我也不好意思去问别人，就万一别人比如这次没准备好什么的，之前每一次我跟你说的都是享受赛道，好好跑跑的开心，只有这一次，因为我先问了我老爸，我说伦敦天气怎么样。他说天气特别好，特别适合出成绩，我就知道他最近练的很狠，所以我才都胆说了一句，我说有那感觉是可以奔着PB跑的。😊然后他就跟我说，对我也是这么想的，别人我不敢说。所以这次赛前有好多人也是那种不好意思问我，然比如说竹子，比如说王爷什么的，又想问又不好意思问说你这次啊怎么样啊，这个是你那个目标才是你是想跑成绩吗？我都说以后不用问我觉我在都想跑成绩，每次都想跑成绩，只是有的时候跑得出来，有时候跑不出来，反正目标都是一样的，只是达成那结果可能。😡不一定一样。所以呢我想给大家讲一讲我这次伦敦马拉松的感悟啊，先说我的这个成绩。首先我产后的付出之战，就是去年11月30号的上海马拉松，我跑了3小时29分，这个其实已经大大的超出我的预期了。因为我没有想到在产后8个月，我就能重新进330就是能BQ。我今年呢就是心心念念的，因为329这个成绩让我飘了。于是我就说那如果32。有的话我有没有可能PB，因为我的PB是在2023年9月份跑出来的，是3小时24分。那3小时24分呢，配速大概大概就在441442，就是这个水平，大家能理解，就是你如果想从329进步到34进步5分钟，你觉得5分钟那不一眨眼就过去了吗？但是换算成配速，你就会觉得哎呦这配速有点快呀。我平时跑两公里可能都呼哧带出来的。我能用这配速跑40多公里。这就是很多不跑马拉松和长距的离的人的一个误区。因为我之前不跑步，完全不跑步的时候，就你们有时候PP几十秒，你们都管叫PP，我就想说这不是就是PB几十秒，你还好意思拿来说，我因为几十秒在我心目中不就一突不是就过去了。就一眨眼就过去了。但是当我自己真正开始跑不动。你想我跑一个半马，我PB1分钟，我都觉得你PB1分钟，其实你你的配速要提高好多。然。每次如果你是那种PB3分钟4分钟，我觉得这对于我来说，就我现听别人说就是大幅PB。是啊，所以我就说我大幅PB。因为你换算一下，就比如说你每公里配速快5秒，嗯，就你从5分进步到455，你乘以40公里才200秒，才200秒，就是3分多钟，但是有的时候你的体感就完全不一样了。就是你跑6分和跑5分50差10秒就差姥姥家去了，所以如果能PB5分钟的话，那就。😡说明你的整个人就是上了一个大档次，就你能快10秒嘛，所以我就相当于我从329到我这次跑了321，所以其实我是快了8分钟，然后8分钟就意味着你的每公里都要快十几秒，你你的配速是多少呀？我这次配速是440，妈呀，我就最开始上马跑完之后我就飘了。我就觉得嗨快几分钟，那不叫事儿肯定没问题。结果呢东京了？就没跑好嘛？上回给大家讲了，又上厕所，反正又怎么的，最后一个，反正就各种原因嘛，就没跑好。我一下就觉得呦我是不是太高估自己了。我原来今年没打算跑伦敦的，因为伦敦马拉松，我跑过，你说让我再去为了就是个感受气氛去跑一次伦敦，我觉得我没必要大老远的跑到英国去舟车辽顿的，但是呢这次那个apple，因为他们是第一次赞助伦敦马拉松。然后这次那个apple我们。😊内联系人就问我说，姥姥，你想跑伦敦马拉松吗？说实话，他问我的时候，我正在车上开车呢，我当时没有立刻回他。我当时想的就是我东京没有跑好，伦敦跟东京只差一个多月，我说我能有多大进步吗？我当时想的是，不然算了，下半年上海马拉松，或者我找一个我熟悉的马拉松，我再考虑一下PB。我觉得我现在不太行。但是呢我想跟他说拒绝我的咖菲。定又是先别说呢，我再想想，于是我当时也不知道开车去哪儿，我就中间待有半个小时的时间，我就反复在思考这件事，这件事儿，不去的理由呢就很明确，就是跟我失利的这场东京马拉松隔太近，一个多月，我能练成什么样呢？还有一个就是伦敦我跑过了。我这一颗星对我来讲没有意义。然后又舟车劳顿，又得离开啾啾一周又打乱了我整个的计划。但是去。😊的理由呢，我心里在叫想，我特别喜欢的一个田径运动员叫cyton young，叫克雷顿阳。然后当时他说过一句话，他说我觉得成功就是不停的掷骰子，keep rolling the dice。然后什么意思呢？他就说他觉得赢其实就像一场赌博。在你掷出骰子之前，你其实永远不知道那骰子是几个点儿。其实我还挺同意的，因为我觉得你想要PB，你不能只看自己的状态，只看自己的训练。有的时候这是一个天时地利人和。但是如果你不去比，你其实永远不知道你那场会不会PB。所以你这赌注，你不付出，就跟德州扑克，德州扑克，你要玩，你不都得下盲助嘛。你下大小忙，就你得先花钱才能参与到这个游戏里边。然后其实你永远不下这个大小忙，你就永远看不着你那排。😊牌你永远看不着牌，你就永远赢不了。所以我觉得你如果你说你不去，你是省了这个时间精力，你也不用练，然后你也不用舟车劳顿等等等等。但你也就失去了一次，可能对你来讲极好的机会。但是呢如果你次次都尝试呢，你也会付出非常昂贵的代价。因为首先你得训练，你得为他准备，你你得到那儿，你到那之后，你也得开始比，你最开始开始比的时候，你都。不知道自己状态怎么样。像我说的，我真的觉得这次比伦敦我就发现你只有到比到30公里的时候，你才能知道今天你状态怎么样。你参加马拉松PB这场赌博的赌注非常非常的高。但是我想说，那我这个上半年我要不要再掷一次筛子，因为毕竟从上马到现在这个春天，我也练了这么多个月了。虽然说我这次没发挥好。那我再掷一次骰子，再练一个多月，我赌不赌得起。虽然李智告诉我，你别赌了，觉得胜率不高，但是我就一直没有发出去那个短信，我觉得就是我心里其实有点想赌。后来我到晚上才给他回微信，我说那要不我还是再赌一次，于是呢我就跟他说行，那我去从我说去的那一刻开始，其实我就开始了漫长的支付大小忙的过程。于是呢我就觉得我从3月份开始就告诉自己，keep rolling the袋 ，keep rolling the袋子，这句话就一直在我脑海里滚动。那我每一次的训练，其实就是在给下一次的赌博攒赌资。于是我又攒了一个多月。然后呢，我走。之前我记得我还给自己精心计算了一下，就是伦敦哪些地方对我屁B有利，哪些地方对我屁B不利。然后我就写了，其实天气当时我走之前查的是6到14度，然后不下雨。我说哎，我说这是有利的条件。但是呢我到了之后得倒时差，人家有好多活动，我必须得参加，就会很累，这些都是我的不利因素，然后还有兔子，本来走之前呢是你知道咱们的那个博主叫大G。嗯，大G是答应给我当兔子的，我当时觉得这是一个非常有利的因素。但是号码牌出来之后，我发现我和大G根本不是一个分区的。你知道像咱国内的马拉松，比如上海马拉松A区B区C区，但是都至少都是从同一个拱门出发，你大不了就是你在拱门之前，你等等我，咱俩一起出发。但是伦敦马拉松呢，我和大G需要在5公里的地方才能碰见，就它不同的分区是不同的地。地方出发，然后赛道会汇合在一起，并且我们不能串曲，就是他在出发来不了我这儿，我的出发也来不了他那。那你说就是很难被找到。你说在5公里它停下来，但是我是在他前面还是在他后边，他也不知道，就这个东西其实就还挺难找的。所以我当时就觉得有兔子，但有可能找不到。所以这个也是一个不确定的因素。还有就是你知道你就人生地不熟嘛，就我觉得国外的马拉松。说白了就比国内的难跑一点，就是因为你就就好像你在旅游的地方，你非得想要出成绩，反正肯定就不如主场作战，就是想了很多很多这个天时地利的因素，结果呢，我后来就想，我说既然我要制出这骰子，这大小忙我都得花了。那无论是这回这条件怎么样的。反正我也就都去了，我就硬着头皮直往好的地方想，于是我就到那儿了。到那儿之后呢，其实从我。教练，然后到你们其实都很关心我的状态，就一直所有人都在问，哎，你觉得你这样状态怎么样啊什么的。哎，我这次突然一下体会到，其实在马拉松比赛之前，你是真的没有办法估计自己状态怎么样。所以在你不知道状态怎么样的时候，你到底应该怎么跑，这个是我觉得困扰很多人的问题。然后现在我得出了答案。就是你先按照你的目标，就按照你状态好的assumption跑到30公里。😊这个前30公里其实和你为比赛进行的准备，和你来到伦敦这座城一样，都是你要为这次PB付出的赌注。所以我这次在比赛开表的时候，我都是毫无预期的，就我完全不知道我自己状态怎么样，然后我就一步一步一步一步跑，跑到30公里，这个时候我发现其实我状态很一般。因为我从25公里开始，我的腿就开始酸了哦，是吗？因为你知道我们看你那个实时的那。那个我们还觉得你这状态非常好啊，没看我们在群说稳了稳了稳了稳了稳了稳稳了稳了，对不对对，但是我发现啊，其实就跟比如说你玩德州扑克啊，你发现自己那牌不是特别大的。这个时候底牌可还没翻出来呢。所以你不要先盲目的妄自菲薄，觉得我今天状态一般我就一定跑不好。然后这个次我觉得我都赌到这儿了，只要我的牌不是一张二一张三或者一张二一张。四就不是特别特别小的排，我只是可能排就是一般，这个时候我都赌到这儿了，那我就继续赌，我赌一公里算一公里的。所以我就在继续加注。比如说现在底牌刚翻出来一张，我的牌比较小。那现在有人ra了这个筹码，就30公里的时候，我该加速了。那我到底跟不跟。我说如果我排一般的话，我就跟呗，反正nothing to lose，于是呢我我就继续加注就继续按照我那个配速跑。然后跑着跑着跑着，我发现。😊啊到我40公里的时候，我真的不是特别行了，40公里，但你只有两公里了。姐们儿。对，所以我觉得这个就是这场PB游戏的，就是你永远可能不是万不得已，千万不要弃排。你说你都到40公里了。我一想，我就算后两公里崩了，我能崩成啥样，我这40公里的已经跑这么好了。而且我发现一旦你的心态变成哎，我前40公里都跑挺好的，后两公里无所谓的时候，这无所谓三个字，反而能让你跑的更快，因为你没。😡负担了。所以我觉得我从如果换一个比喻，从第一公里跑到42公里，我就像开始背着一个特别沉重的包袱，那个包袱里就全都是你的担忧。就你就在想，哎呀，我这状态怎么样啊？我现在虽然说能跑440，我一会儿要跑不了440，我会不会崩，我一崩的话，我是不是就慢很多，那我要不然现在先保守着跑吧，哎呦，我这心跳是不是有点快了？哎，我这这今天天是不是有点热了，今天这天是不是不适合PB，所以开始你会。有好多好多的焦虑。但是这个随着你跑了10公里，你跑了20公里，跑到30公里，你逐渐的觉得嗨所以我就算现在崩了，能怎么的，我前面都已经跑完了，前面后面就没几公里了，然后就在慢慢慢慢扔扔这个包袱。然后到最后两公里的时候，就觉得有一种你已经80岁了，你已经不担心要的副作用了的那个心态。😊你就觉得那就跑吧。跑完了之后，说实话，我当时没有看表，最后两公里。如果我看表的话，那4个4秒钟我一定会跑进去的。因为我现在成绩是32104，如果我快4秒就是320了，320其实就是我当时的目标，所以我现在就是差4秒完成了一个我大大大大大大目标。但我觉得我完全没有遗憾。哎，因为你这样吗？你在讲的时候，我觉得这个有一点幸存者偏差，因为你跑下来了。嗯，那我想问你，你，这次你觉得跟东京那次，因为东京那次就没有成功。你觉得除了说你上厕所，你开始区不一样，你觉得你跑的过程中，你的心态有什么变化吗？因为那次是一上来就不行。...（已截断）

They missed that and they still haven't hit the milestone four months into 2026. Also, Chiat, they missed their 2025 revenue target for chat J exact number wasn't specified. but as we've talked about here, they're at a $2030 billion run rate, there's a little bit of accounting nuance that is yet to be worked out in the industry. Two reasons why this matterss. Open AI has.600 billion dollars in spending commitments for compute just to put that in perspective, that's about what they're trading for on secondary markets. In other words, the entire value of the open AI enterprise equals their spend commitments in the coming year CFO Sarah Fryer, who is coming to liquidity is reportedly worried, hey, that revenue isn't growing and fast enough to keep up with expense and open AI wants to IPO later this year.
